HANYEONGSEOK INSTITUTE
Nuruk Master Han Youngseok ferments yakju using centuries-old techniques, crafting a beverage once reserved for Korea's scholars and elite. His signature makkoli, Cheongmyeongju, named after the clear skies of early April, features a crystal clear yakju with sweet, fruity, and floral notes, adhering to a traditional 100-day fermentation process with a unique Nuruk blend.
